Below are our Terms of Service, which outline the legal terms governing your use of our platform. Our aim is to always take care of you as a customer while protecting the integrity of our service.
By accessing the website at gorillabox.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
The following terms apply to our Rental Agreement:
Indemnification. The Renter indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless for all injuries or damage of any kind for repossession and for all consequential and special damages for any claimed breach of warranty.
Replacement Costs. The Renter shall pay for replacement of any equipment which is not returned because it is lost or stolen. Replacement costs are as follows: $35.00 per Gorilla Box, $125.00 per Dolly, and $95.00 per Wardrobe Box.
Form of Payment. The following forms of payment are accepted. Additional authorizations from your account will be obtained to cover the cost of additional rental charges. Gorilla Box is not responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.
Access. The Renter grants Gorilla Box representatives access to the delivery location to deliver and retrieve Gorilla Box property at the agreed-upon times.
These terms are accepted by the Renter upon delivery of the terms to the Renter or the agent or other representative of the Renter.
All payments are processed securely through Braintree’s SAQ A PCI-compliant payment processing form.
You may cancel or alter your order at any time before the day of delivery. Please contact Gorilla Box, and we will make an alteration or issue a full refund.
We are committed to completing your order in full at the requested time and date; however, we reserve the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel any scheduled delivery. We may at any time suspend or terminate your account.
In no event shall Gorilla Box or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Gorilla Box’s website, even if Gorilla Box or a Gorilla Box authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The materials appearing on Gorilla Box’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Gorilla Box does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Gorilla Box may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Gorilla Box does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Gorilla Box has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Gorilla Box of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that Province, State, or location.
