Coronavirus health and safety guidance

We want to ensure that our customers and partners are informed about how we clean, store and deliver and pick up our boxes. Based on guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Government of Canada, we are taking the following precautions:

  • Boxes are washed with disinfectant soap and hot water before every order
  • Boxes are cleaned with a no-contact method
  • Boxes are stored and isolated for 7 days after every order
  • Drivers are to keep a distance of at least 2 arms-length (approximately 2 metres) for delivery and pickups
  • We will deliver and pick up boxes outside of your door
  • We will be taking online payments and signatures for all orders

All our Gorilla Boxes are one size, the dimensions are 27” long x 17” wide x 12” deep (about 2.5 cu ft).

Outside top: 27.3” x 17.2” x 12.6".

Outside bottom: 24.4” x 14.6” wide.

Inside top: 25.2” x 15.5” x 11.0".

Inside bottom: 23.7” x 13.9” wide.

Our wardrobe boxes hold around 25 pieces, the dimensions are 24” wide x 20” deep x 48” height”

Yes, wardrobe boxes are returned after you are done.

Are labels included with my order?

All our Gorilla Boxes packages include labels equal to the number of boxes ordered.

Do you sanitize boxes between customers?

Yes, the boxes are cleaned and sanitized after every use.

Order online or call us. We bring you boxes, you pack and move, we pick up the empty boxes after you're done!

Our Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We offer 24hr booking through our Online Booking Page, please visit our booking page to create an order.

What are the delivery hours?

Our Delivery & Pick-up Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Because of the high volume of traffic in Vancouver, we deliver in two-hour windows; however, we always call before we arrive to give you notice.

What are the delivery zones?

Currently, we are serving the following areas:Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster and Delta. For more information see our Contact Page.

Is there a delivery fee?

We offer one free delivery and one free pickup. Please note there is a $25.00 + tax fee for additional deliveries and pickups.

Can I pickup or drop off an order?

Unfortunately no, we are only offering offsite delivery and pick up at your location.

Can I get boxes delivered today?

Unfortunately no, we require 24hrs notice. .

Do I have to be home to sign for the boxes?

We do require a signature for your delivery. However, if you would like the boxes left in a safe location,
we offer an online electronic signature with your invoice that can be pre-signed.

What forms of payment does Gorilla Box accept?

We accept all major credit cards and visa debit.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, anytime before the scheduled delivery date.
